- Be a current SCCA member by your second event
- Compete in at least a minimum of six (6) Pan Am Championship events. (2 day events count as 1 event).
- Can count up to a maximum of eight (8) Pan Am Championship events
2. At the end of the season, a championship award will be given to the person with the most points in the class, based on:
- Points from the best 8 events will be counted
- In the event of a tie, the driver with the most points from the 1st 6 events of the year will break the tie.
- Points cannot be transferred from one class to another. It is the driver's responsibility to know what class they belong in.
- Any competitor that wishes to compete in any of the Pan Am 2day special events, such as the "Fast Five Runoffs" and / the "Solo Shootout Challenge" can register and run only "one day"
of each of the these events and gain valuable "year end" points for his / hers respective class. - If a competitor intends to gain "year-end" points and be eligible for the final "challenge rounds" of either of these special events they MUST register and compete on both days.

1st -- 10 points
2nd -- 7 points
3rd -- 5 points
4th -- 4 points
5th -- 3 points
6th -- 2 points
7th -- 1 point
*Year end points may not be mixed or matched among different classes throughout the year. You must establish (by our second event) which class you intend to compete for year end points. If you change car classes throughout the ear, the accumulated points will only credited to each respective category that you had competed in for that particular vent and will not credited towards another.
