Any competitor may compete in this class with the following restrictions:
  1. The driver or competitor must not have competed in more than four champion events prior to entering or registering for this class.
  2. Any vehicle regardless of SCCA solo classification or preparation may compete in this category.
  3. Any tire may be used, provided that it conforms with the 2008 / 2009 SCCA Solo Rulebook according to the said vehicle's car classification.
  4. There will be no raw time handicap given to this class for the overall PAX scores. This class was created specifically for "true rookie" drivers to compete among themselves.
  5. The drivers in this class may not compete in two different categories (Open, Street Tire, Rookie) during their establishment or registration for this class.
