Secretary’s Report:

-Minutes of the May meeting were presented and approved. 

Treasurer’s Report:

Membership Chairman’s Report:

• Emailed those who have not yet renewed.  Spoke with the Loves about dual membership and not being eligible for points if they do not become Pan Am members. 
  

Timing and Scoring:

• Axware renewal is due.  Dave will charge the renewal to his card and be reimbursed by the club.  Motion to renew axware software approved. 

Solo Chairman’s Report:

• Luis will be the chair for the fast 5 event with Hoosier being the sponsor.
• Need a solo chair for the July 12th event.
• Safety steward training will be decided by next week.  Duncan del Toro has offered his home as a training center via teleconference. 

Drift Racing Report:

• Drift event scheduled for June 28^th has been cancelled.  Sanctions have not been submitted and there have been no drift representatives at the meeting for updates.
• No event will be held on June 28^th. 

Club Racing Chairman’s Report:

• Registration for runoffs begins next week.
• Colorado track day July 4th is a double national.
• John Basler may be back in August with a new engine. 

Rally Report:

• Clovis was sent an email by some members and has not yet responed.
• August 9th event for the Funkhana is still set but no updates from Clovis.
• Need 10 people to commit for the Funkhana before July 9th.
• Dave will be the safety steward for the event if held.
• Lester has rally tours setup if the club is interested.
