Secretary’s Report
Minutes of the August meeting were presented and
approved
Treasurer’s Report:
Don
Loomis reported that we had a balance of $3258.14 as of Aug 31st.
Membership Chairman’s Report:
We
have 95 official members.
Timing and Scoring
Axrats software updated.
Drop the $10 late fee - registration is going fine.
Email
replies sometimes problematic.
$350
replacement module will cure the display board.
Laser
printer is up and running.
Yellow battery to be replaced by Karl.
Proposed
timer-slip printer was voted down by the board.
Solo Chairman’s Report:
Allen’s accident was handled correctly.
Sadly,
Al Melton passed away – we will dedicate the 10/07 race to him and have
everyone who knew him sign a commemorative plaque to give to Mrs. Melton.
We
will do a rookie walk-through prior to each race.
Water
and flour need to be stocked up.
Are
fire extinguishers up to date? Yes, Karl
did them in April.
Club Racing Chairman’s Report:
Richard
gave a complete report of upcoming events for the RMD and the Arizona Region–
details to be posted separately.
The
AG Edwards PANAM Racing Endowment Fund has a balance of $3011.96.
Stan was presented a support check for $300 as he, Jose
Gerardo and
Ben
Dewitt go to Nationals !! Good luck guys!! Great turnout for a small club.
