Secretary’s Report

Minutes of the Oct meeting were presented and approved

Treasurer’s Report:

Don Loomis reported that we had a balance of $4,457.18 as of Oct 31st.

Membership Chairman’s Report:

We have 95 official members as of Sept – reports no longer sent to us and I am having difficulty logging into the national website to retrieve the reports.

Timing and Scoring

Yellow battery replaced by Karl – Vette Club went well w/ SCCA

Solo Chairman’s Report:

We need to establish annual worker assignments

Luis will attempt to get the Cohen people to meet with him – they want to put him off for booking bigger ticket venues first

Number of events this year will depend on Cohen but we will attempt approximately the same number

JANUARY 19 will be the Awards Banquet for Solo – site to be determined

Rally Report:

Next Sunday is the last rally of the year - $400 approved for trophies
