Minutes of the July 9, 2007 Meeting

The meeting began at 7:00 p.m. on Monday , July 9, 2007

In attendance:Richard Dziak, Don Loomis, Luis Moreno, John Basler, Phil Becker, Karl Busch, Dave Lehrschall, Mike Downey, Clovis Green, Fred Hernandez, Jose Gerardo.

Secretary’s Report

No report due to a personal computer crash.

Treasurer’s Report:

Don Loomis reported that we had a balance of $2,967.05 as of June 30, 2007 Several (4) of the checks to EP Baseball Club have not been deposited.

Membership Chairman’s Report:

No report due to computer crash.

Timing and Scoring

Axrats box and hard ware connections will be thoroughly scrutinized by Dave & Don

Solo Chairman’s Report:

1. August 19^th Luis may not be here.

Club Racing Chairman’s Report:

Rio Grande Region 39 cars SAT, 36 Cars on SUN

Limited cars & workers

ARRC Amateur Road Racing Championship may have 200 cars

The Endowment will have $2000 available

Rally Report:

Sunday’s rally had a typo that caused legs 4,5,&6 to not be completed

7/22 will run it again w/ changes on lege 1,2,3 and call it “Mission Trail”

Media Rally will be 11/11/2007

Solo participants will get $5 discount on Solo registrations for running in rallies

Need Rally Master for September

SCCA Smart Program – let’s investigate

Possible PAR Memories section Luis would like any and all materials for John to put on the website.

How about a museum location or library?

Based on the PAR rules in effect Phil is the PAR CHAMPION for 2007!!

Need a nominee committee for next year’s officers.

Al Melton is ill, let’s visit him after the meeting next month and present a Lifetime Achievement Award

Meeting in August will be at Fuddruckers - Westside
