Meeting Minutes of February 5, 2007

The meeting began at 7:00 p.m. on Monday , February 5, 2007

In attendance:Don Loomis, Luis Moreno, John Basler, Phil Becker, Karl Busch, Bud Jeffries, Roy Butilier, Bob Wilkinson, Daniel Comacho, Fred Hernandez, Mike Boggess, and Dave Lehrschall.

Secretary’s Report

January 2007 minutes were distributed. It was moved and seconded to approve the minutes and the group approved the minutes.

Treasurer’s Report:

Don Loomis reported that we had a balance of $3,662.04 as of January 31, 2007 We had $1,835 in expenses and no income for January.

Membership Chairman’s Report:

Karl Busch volunteered to take the Membership Chair

Timing and Scoring

Dave Lehrshall volunteered to be the Chief of Timing and Scoring

Solo Chairman’s Report:

Luis reported that the April 15^th event is cancelled due to the carnival people coming to Cohen and the fact that the Divisional will be in Farmington. The 2007 PAR Rules and Regulations as well as the revised schedule is posted for all to read on the Web page. Luis : Solo Chair for 2007

Club Racing Chairman’s Report:

Tabled because none of the Club Racing members were present. New Club Racing Chair: Richard and Jose

Rally Report:

Don reported a $10 profit. All who participated at the February event enjoyed themselves. Clovis: Rally Chair for 2007

New Business:

1) Private Tire Test on 17-18^th - shake down test on Timing & Scoring + training; NOT a sanctioned SCCA event

2) Trailer inventory on the 17^th & 18^th - Bob

3) Take the trailer at the end of the test - Bob

4) Permanent solo numbers to be posted by Dave

5) Order 50 Fast – Five “T” shirts - Don

6) Check for medallions - Karl

7) Start the advance registration for the first event - John

8) Regional Charter to be filed by Luis

9) Order new PAR Medallions in time for first race - Don

10) File sanctions for 2007 events - Luis

11) File sanctions for Rally - Clovis next month

12) Annual Fire Extinguishers service – Karl

13) Send new Directory to SCCA National – Karl

14) Historian: Lester appointed

15) Chief of registration: Fred

16) Chief of Workers: Bud

17) Solo Safety Stewards: Bob will call to check on training

Fred will call Arizona club to check

18) Chief of Course & Announcer: Assist. RE: Dave
